📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Process payroll using SAP or similar software, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software such as SAP is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
