📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and operated efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance our environmental footprint.
• Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our vehicles are used in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure that all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure that we are getting the best value for money.
• Provide training and support to our team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to operate our fleet effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fleet management and logistics, and to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Transportation Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing fleet operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the use of fleet management software, such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards, and a commitment to ensuring that all fleet operations comply with these.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
