In this role, you will work closely with our sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure our export-import operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As our EXIM Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our export-import documentation, coordinating with shipping agents and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of our products to our international customers. You will also be involved in market research and analysis to identify new export opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage export-import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key international trade partners and customers.
• Monitor and analyze export-import performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new export opportunities and potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the export-import team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
