As the Manager Operations, Marketing and Business Development, you will oversee the daily operations of our packaging facility, manage our marketing campaigns, and develop new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales, production, and finance teams to ensure that we meet our targets and exceed our customers' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the packaging facility, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales team, setting targets and providing training and support.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, marketing, and business development, with a focus on packaging industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
