📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of our data centre networks, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
• Conduct regular network audits and implement improvements to enhance network performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
• Develop and implement network security protocols to protect our data centre networks from potential threats.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data centre and network operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network monitoring and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on TCP/IP networks and data centre operations.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE in networking are highly desirable.
• Proficient in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
