📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their project management skills.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
