📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Manage staffing needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Utilize HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors for efficient HR management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs.
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
