📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver and facilitate PNLE and NCLEX-RN training sessions to aspiring nurses.
• Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.
• Mentor and guide trainee nurses, providing personalized feedback and support.
• Collaborate with senior trainers to ensure the continuous improvement of our training programs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare education.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of our training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with PNLE and NCLEX-RN exam preparation materials and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
