📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal efficiency.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to proactively address potential issues.
Utilize advanced maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo to manage and optimize maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance operations with production processes.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Proven experience with maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo.
Certifications in relevant maintenance standards and practices, such as ISO 55000 or NAMSP.
Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
