As an HR Specialist, you will be at the heart of our organization, working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we build a diverse and skilled team. Additionally, you will play a key role in our employee development initiatives, designing and delivering training programs that foster professional growth and enhance our employees' skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, including job postings, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure we meet our organizational goals.
• Design and deliver employee development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors to manage employee data and track performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our HR processes.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and building diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and experience with tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
