📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate training needs and create training plans,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to staff members,Collaborate with management to ensure training goals are met,Maintain training records and reports,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with training software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in Indonesian and English
