📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities,Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident,Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed,Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the care team,Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided,Assist with resident admissions and discharges, including coordinating with healthcare providers,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining a clean and organized living space🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in elderly care,Strong knowledge of elderly care and the ability to provide compassionate and personalized care,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and follow a structured care plan,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid CPR certification,Willingness to work on-call and weekends as needed🛠️ Keahlian
