The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship,Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation,Manage and maintain site equipment and machinery,Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement site safety and quality improvement programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and standards,Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles,Fluency in English is a plus
