Lead and manage the recruitment process for US-based roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates for client interviews.,Coordinate with US-based recruiters and hiring teams to facilitate the interview process and provide regular updates.,Maintain a strong relationship with US-based clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven experience in recruiting for US-based companies.,Strong understanding of the US job market and employment laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies is beneficial.
