📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Manage tax compliance and ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
