📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting records and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage the payroll process, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other staff members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
