📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data for reporting purposes.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Maintain and update financial records and systems, ensuring data integrity and security.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.,Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.,Proficient in accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
