In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities by prospecting, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and establish new business relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products or services and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or banquet industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
