📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across the organization,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
