📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety standards.,Manage and mentor production staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with production management software is a plus.
