Puskesmas Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and materials to run our business efficiently. This is a full-time position located in Baturaja, with a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices
