📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal efficiency.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to proactively address potential issues.
• Utilize advanced maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo to manage and optimize maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance operations with production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience with maintenance software such as SAP PM and Maximo.
• Certifications in relevant maintenance standards and practices, such as ISO 55000 or NAMSP.
• Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
