In this role, you’ll work closely with JLL’s luxury properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You’ll be the face of our concierge service, providing personalized assistance with everything from arranging private tours and high-end dining reservations to coordinating transportation and event planning.

With your exceptional customer service skills and deep understanding of Bali’s luxury market, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experiences and building lasting relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional client service by anticipating and meeting the needs of high-profile clients.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of client requests, including reservations, event planning, and special arrangements.
• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and relevant service providers, such as restaurants, tour operators, and transportation services.
• Assist with the organization and execution of client events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences using our in-house CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Bali’s luxury hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with the local team to ensure consistent delivery of our luxury service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client service roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to high-profile clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Bali’s luxury market, including high-end hotels, resorts, and private villas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client transportation and event coordination.
