📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor retail sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
