PT Sinergi Bhakti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop, managing the barista team, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and service.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of food items if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Experience in managing a team of baristas is a plus.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
