📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of coffee and pastry dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated with new menu items and cooking techniques.
- Assist in training new staff members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in coffee or pastry preparation.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian or English is a plus.
