📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.
