Bloom Food Lestari is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand. This is a crucial position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels in real-time using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods to maintain accurate inventory records.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management and internal use.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of inventory.,Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.,Provide support to the sales and production teams to ensure they have the necessary inventory for their operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
