Sumber Zahra Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the bakery.,Manage and mentor a team of operators to achieve production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
