HR Manager - People & Culture Leader

Dynamic Innovations Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is your chance to lead our People & Culture initiatives while driving strategic HR solutions that support our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will work closely with our leadership team to align HR strategies with our business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to achieve our goals. You will leverage tools like BambooHR for HRIS, Greenhouse for recruitment, and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing talent. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a strong background in HR strategy and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Build and maintain a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data and analytics to make informed HR decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in HR strategy and a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools such as BambooHR and recruitment platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
