📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.

• Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
• Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and traffic.
• Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve our digital sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience with SEO and SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
