In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
