📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of employees, ensuring that they are motivated and productive.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure that all branch financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving branch performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
