Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers with attention to detail and speed.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure consistent and delicious drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
