📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all facilities are in top condition.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage building maintenance projects.
• Monitor utility costs and energy efficiency, implementing measures to reduce consumption.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to building facilities, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Conduct regular audits of building systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Building Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operation of all facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM Pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for building maintenance and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Certification in First Aid and Emergency Response is a plus.
