📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction,Maintain a clean and orderly guest room environment,Handle guest requests and complaints professionally,Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for guests,Assist with special requests and events as needed,Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests,Maintain accurate records of guest information and room status

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software,Fluent in English, with knowledge of local language (Bahasa Indonesia) an advantage,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
