📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, including the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures.,Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, financial reporting, and risk management.,Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on corporate governance matters.,Monitor and report on the company's compliance with corporate governance and other relevant regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of company secretaries and other support staff.,Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate governance and compliance, and advise the management on best practices and emerging trends.,Ensure the protection of shareholder interests and the company's reputation.,Assist in the preparation of corporate governance reports and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate governance laws and regulations, including the Corporate Governance Code and other relevant regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team.,A professional certification in corporate governance or a related field is a plus.
