📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sous chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and menu planning.,Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, with a focus on quality, safety, and presentation.,Work closely with the executive chef to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a sous chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sous chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
