Berkah Indra Sembako is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results, and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise laboratory operations, including daily tasks and project assignments.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper calibration, maintenance, and quality control procedures.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lab results into product development and quality control processes.,Maintain and update laboratory equipment and supplies inventory.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading laboratory operations.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certifications or licenses in laboratory operations and safety (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP, etc.) are a plus.
