Leaf Royal Lestari is a growing company in the hospitality industry, looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to staff and guests.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Monitor network performance and security.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.,Document IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network security and troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience with hospitality industry IT systems is a plus.
