Apotek Citra Sembako is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR manager in strategic planning and policy development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in a retail or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
