You'll work closely with front desk staff and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules, manage inventory, and implement quality control measures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement daily cleaning schedules, taking into account guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to established protocols.
• Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to address guest concerns and maintain a high level of service.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all cleaning standards are met.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cleaning standards and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and supervision experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
